Grant Writing
First responders put themselves on the line every day to
protect and help our communities. The Department of Homeland Security is
committed to helping first responders by ensuring that emergency response
professionals are prepared, equipped and trained for any situation and
by bringing together information and resources to prepare for and respond
to a terrorist attack, natural disaster or other large-scale emergency.
There are many grants available to fund homeland security programs. Tiburon
can assist you in finding grant resources to write grants.

Disaster Planning
Tiburon systems have performed flawlessly through nearly every type of disaster imaginable, including tornadoes, explosions, earthquakes, riots, floods, hurricanes, and terrorist attacks. However, even the best systems in the world are vulnerable to data corruption, power failures, hacker attacks, viral infections, and system administration errors.

Training
A comprehensive training program is the cornerstone of a truly successful system implementation. To achieve this objective, Tiburon provides an extensive user and technical training program. Our training methodology ensures that our clients are able to take advantage of the power and functions of systems provided by Tiburon. Our training program includes specialized courses for system administrators, managers, end-users, and technical support staff.

Testing and System Validation
The overall system certification process is crucial to the
success of the project. Tests conducted by Tiburon encompass
all aspects of the complete system, both at a software and hardware level.
All components of the system are demonstrated and tested individually,
and then as an integrated system. The tests also verify the overall level
to which the client’s staff has been trained and its ability to
use and support the various components of the system. The certification
process does not represent a single test or phase of the project but
is, instead, the documentation and verification of the many steps making
up the overall test scenario.
