Over the years, Tiburon has promoted the benefits of establishing client partnerships. Tiburon’s client support encompasses a broad spectrum of client-focused activities to foster stronger partnerships with our clients that meet their evolving needs and ensure continued value in their investment.

User Community

The following venues exist that provide Tiburon and our clients the opportunity to interact and share ideas.

  • Annual User Group Conference
    Hosted by Tiburon, the annual User Group Conference provides clients with an important vehicle for communicating and networking with other users and with Tiburon management and staff. The Conference introduces clients to product upgrades and enhancements and offers working sessions focused on specific areas of user interest.

    The 2008 Tiburon User Group Conference will be held from October 5 through October 9 in Denver, Colorado. For more details, click here.

  • User Group Board of Directors
    The user-elected Board of Directors — a liaison between clients and Tiburon — provides valuable input to issues facing our clients.

  • Product Steering Committees
    Tiburon encourages client participation and input through our Product Steering Committee program. The Product Steering Committees provide a forum for clients to actively participate in and provide valuable input to Tiburon’s future product development and direction.

Client Support Center

Many of the services provided today by the Tiburon Client Support Center came directly from client input. The Client Support Center provides a wide selection of service options, including technical assistance, after hours support, and troubleshooting to meet our client's needs and ensure systems are maintained in the best manner possible.

The Client Support Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is the first point of contact for all client service calls. To contact the Client Support Center, call (877) 445-2110.
